I called them immediately after receiving a text that ? my order was delivered? the lady who answered was super rude telling me it was ?MY FAULT? theydelivered it to the wrong floor I did ask for a refund and she told me to ?go get the food from my neighbor ? I told herabsolutely NOT!! with Covid and everything no thank you I?ll pass I just want a refund she stated she?s making another pizza andbefore I can even think about a refund she personally is going to my neighbors house (I?m not sure how that?s going to get me arefund but um ok I guess) I am clearly telling you that I live on the 2nd fl and your delivery driver stated he delivered it tothe 1st floor to a man ?with long hair? there?s all the proof you need! All of this took place before me finding out that thedelivery driver actually banged on the downstairs door and when he opened the door the ?guy with the long hair? told him I don?tbelieve that?s our pizza but the delivery guy just was pushing the pizza to him saying ?HERE HERE? so that point he figuredmaybe his wife ordered it and ended up giving him a tip and took the pizza! Now where exactly is this my fault??? They had mynumber why not just call me? I will NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN PLEASE STAY AWAY!!!!!

I'm not sure how that helps me get a refund, bu... read more Instead of processing my refund, she decided to make another pizza and went over to my neighbor's house herself. I'm not sure how that helps me get a refund, but here's the problem: I live on the 2nd floor, and the delivery driver claimed to have delivered it to the 1st floor to a man with long hair. That should be all the evidence you need! To make matters worse, I later found out that the delivery driver actually pushed the door down, and when he opened it, it was this man with long hair who was confused. The delivery driver assumed that since he was there, it must be his pizza, so he just handed it to him without confirming anything. Why is that my fault? You had my number; why didn’t you just call me? I will NOT order from here again. Seriously, stay away!
