Ricotti Sandwich Shops - Bristol

I've been going to Ricotti since they opened in the early 1970s. It was great at the time and it's still great today. They are super busy, but they have excellent customer service while keeping the waiting time to a minimum!! It is the best sandwich shop around!! Keep the big work!

This place has gone downhill when you decide to go there and treat with their rude staff and long line, I recommend you double Your order is constantly checking upwards.

Delightful/delicious. We often choose the spinach pie with cheese, pepperoni and olives. Everything they make is fresh and tasty.

The sandwiches taste good, are a good value, and the people there work hard, but there's always a wait. Don't go if you're in a hurry. I called in an order and I had to wait until everyone was finished. I had called-in my sandwich order to save time. I was so thoroughly ignored that I had to ask them if I was supposed to ring a bell to get someone's attention. Good sandwiches, lousy attitude.

Frustrating place. Sometimes good more often terrible now! Tried to get subs on a Thursday evening at 7:30 pm. Phone busy for 1 hour. Went to the shop and there was a line. Phone not ringing- they left it off the hook (again). Stood in line for 20 minutes then gave up. The staff moved at one speed- no attempts to take orders or hurry a bit. Heard they were out of hamburgers and hot dogs, too!! Really? Won't be back. Sad- the food itself is actually pretty good.
