Love the fact that they offer chicken tenders as an option for their variety of family meals and it is also nice to see that they offer more side items than they used to back in the day years ago!!! I just hate that inflation is causing fast food restaurants including KFC to be so much more expensive SMH ???? View all feedback.

I came through the drive thru,asi always do since my disability last year.i ordered an 8 PC family meal, breast and legs mashed potatoes and gravy and coleslaw and 42 extra biscuits. I was told no extra crispy. No substitutions, Even if I pay, and there were no biscuits. I'm always willing to wait for fresh food. I was told no that they weren't making biscuits that would just go bad, would not make fresh chicken, etc... View all feedback.

I came through the drive thru,asi always do since my disability last year.i ordered an 8 PC family meal, breast and legs mashed potatoes and gravy and coleslaw and 42 extra biscuits. I was told no extra crispy. No substitutions, Even if I pay, and there were no biscuits. I'm always willing to wait for fresh food. I was told no that they weren't making biscuits that would just go bad, would not make fresh chicken, etc. when I asked for the manager, I was told that I had her. My son is autistic and I didn't want to disappoint him, so I got him what I could. Got it home to find dried out chicken, brownish potatoes and no fries. (I was trying to bribe him into not being upset) This crew is a mess with a worse leader. When I called back they HUNG UP ON ME!
A 30-minute wait for a six-piece meal? Absolutely not! There was only one table occupied inside. This is unbelievable!
I wouldn't recommend this restaurant due to poor service and food quality. I waited over 30 minutes for a small order.
I love everything about this KFC location. The staff members are friendly and make you feel welcome. I usually just grab my food and head home, but it was such a pleasant experience that my family and I decided to dine in. The food was incredible; it's the best I've had in a long time. The team was quick, accurate, and respectful throughout our visit. Coming from North Carolina and Southern Louisiana, I can confidently say that this KFC wins the chicken sandwich battle hands down. I would have taken pictures, but we were all too busy enjoying the meal. I believe this crew deserves raises because they excel at what they do. Thank you, Stephanie, Sean, Connie, Galen, Peja, and Hope, for making my day! With great food, a friendly and clean atmosphere, and kind, efficient staff, I'll definitely be visiting this KFC more often. — Dawn G.
Stopped for lunch with a couple of guys from work. It was my first visit to this location. I was third to place my order, but the cashier walked away from the register to do another task after the first 2 ordered so my food came out several minutes after theirs they had to wait for me to finish. We were all surprised at the length of time it took for any of our food to come out. The The restaurant has a great looking dining area with a plethora of photos of the Colonel. I ordered chicken tenders. They were tasty, but kinda small with a little too much breading for me. I'm not likely to return to this location.
