I can't say anything bad about this place. Food was great, service was amazing! I guess if I had to nitpick SOMETHING, it would be that the food needed to do something. But there is a reason for that! You want garbage, fast food, make sure it's done in 10 minutes! You want delicious, fresh and delicious food, you will have to wait until it is made. This local favorite is definitely worth a review. Very good food in a cozy atmosphere. In a stripe ball, green eggs is a popular place. When I got in, I checked the rest room first. Clean, but not fancy. A few flowers and a candle in a tray were a nice touch. The room was bigger than I expected, with many seats and seats at the switch where I sat. No TV or music played, so I could listen to conversations around me. The menu was complete, but not overwhelming. I had a vegetable and cheese omelet with a fruit peel and a coffee. I don't do any pigs, and her angry beef is only served on weekends. The domestic frits they served on other plates looked perfectly cooked with crispy edges, but I can't season with the I'm low carb, zu- ugh! The service was fast and professional; friendly but efficient. *The food was very good. Veggies were fresh and not overcooked. The cheese was plentiful and simply melted without being huge. The omelet itself was medium, moist and buttery, without being too oily. The edges were browned, but not crispy. The fruit cup was very diverse, but not large. The coffee was very good. I was full when I got the bill. With top it came to $20 that was a little without meat I would recommend it to others, but it will probably not be a favorite as I love to be satisfied and feel as I have a great deal hardly ever happened BTW... lol .
I can't say enough beautiful things about this place. They give you an excellent breakfast, they make amazing fruit sauces and muffins. It seems to be family due and the two owners are very nice. If you're ever in town, check this place.
Incredibly good service, a nice atmosphere and really delicious food—you really can’t ask for more when dining out. I highly recommend the Portuguese Sailor. It comes piled high with sweet onions on top of some really delicious bread with perfectly cooked chorico sausage. This is definitely my go-to spot in Bristol.
A bit slow in service but gives you time to chat. Coffee refills offered abundant. Great portions. Good choices. Definitely a place to go or go back.
