The dunkin itself was very clean, new and nice. The service is subpar every time I have been there and I never write a review until I have been at a food establishment atleast 3-4 times so I can try different servers on different shifts and try different items on the menu. Unfortunately each time I've gone here the service itself was the main issue, the bagels, donuts and muffins were all fresh, my caramel latte was made wrong every single time but the ingredients were good just not dispensed
This location hardly ever has the inside open. You can order for in store pickup put the door is locked most of the time.
I had a very disappointing experience! I ordered a small iced coffee, which should have cost around $3.00, but when I pulled up, the total was $8.00. I was confused and asked if I had been charged for two coffees, but the employee just looked bewildered. She said no, and when I pointed out that I buy coffee every day and that a small coffee couldn't possibly be $8.00, she hesitated and seemed unsure. I then asked her to cancel the order and return my card. Later, I checked my account balance because something felt off, and sure enough, they had charged me despite my request to cancel, and I didn’t even receive my coffee.
Best Dunkin in the area. The people here are always in a good mood and it’s never packed. Just an overall great experience.
The restaurant has an exasperating policy of charging for items they don't have without notifying customers. I encountered this issue once, so I began to double-check my order. However, on my next visit, I found that they had once again shorted me two items. When I went back to discuss the problem, they simply said it was due to being out of stock. I suggested that they should communicate this instead of charging me without any explanation. Meanwhile, one of the staff members in the back shot me a disapproving look. It would be so simple for them to say, "Oh, we're out—would you like something else?" Instead, they just take your money, and this isn't a one-time issue; it has happened to me several times!
