The layout and atmosphere of the restaurant were nice enough, but could use some background music (perhaps blues or swing would be a good fit). Kerri Achim, our waitress, was very personal, attentive, and friendly. Kerri's knowledge about the drinks and her experimental nature with cocktails was brilliant. The bar is stunning with a beautiful ambiance and amazing cocktails.
The tapas menu at this restaurant is fantastic, possibly the best I have had in Bristol during the 19 years I have been visiting.

Visited The Bristologist last night and I was thoroughly impressed, the atmosphere, decor , attention to detail all add up to a really great venue for a night out. We were a party of 3 and we went for a selection of small plates, we all LOVED our food, there were no duds and the portions are very generous for small plates, as a vegetarian I was particularly impressed by the choices for me and how delicious the food was. It goes with out saying that the cocktails are stunning, finally the service was faultless, we were made to feel special which was a real treat! Highly recommended
