My partner... read more I enjoyed a fantastic meal at Root, a restaurant that offers small plates centered around sweetness. Most of the menu is vegan or can be made vegan. My partner and I shared five dishes along with some bread, and everything was absolutely delicious—more filling than we had anticipated. My favorite dish was the Early Dawn Tweebel Tempura, although I’ve heard they frequently change their menu. The chocolate ganache dessert was also incredible. The staff was wonderful, and while it isn't the most affordable option, it’s a great choice for a delicious special occasion. We will definitely be back! Yesterday was our first visit... read more I can recall the sentiments expressed in previous reviews and confidently say that the team at Root truly excels in vegan cuisine. Yesterday was our first visit, but I hope it won’t be our last. After informing the front-of-house staff that we were interested in one of the fully vegan options, we were treated to a delightful array of dishes. The highlights included the Jerusalem artichokes, cauliflower, and kohlrabi crepes. I give it a 10/10!
