From the delicious small plates to the delightful ambiance, this restaurant is a must-visit for vegan and non-vegan alike in Bristol.
I went there with a friend and I loved all the dishes we shared! Everything was delicious, colorful and very beautiful presented. We had the melt-in-your-mouth spits on flat bread, the sweet corn fries (with crispy edges, great flavors) and the tzatziki (very fresh and tasty). My friend also tried the baklava they enjoyed very much. Updated by previous rating on 2023-05-01
Koocha has some of the best vegan food I've ever eaten. They have an incredible amount of choice, regularly updated their menu and everything always tastes fresh and amazing. I love especially: Your ‘Kookoo’ my fav dish, spinach and creamy kindness. Breakfast and breakfast kebab. Ideal brunch food, filling, but in a super satisfying way. The dirty frits are ideal if you want to pull out, great as sharer. Mezze wisely honest is all good. I recommend if you get a dip or two to get bread. Recommend the harissa. amazing food, staff are always beautiful, beautiful cocktails and good for what you get!
Loved the food. Amazing desert. Make sure to make a reservation as this place is very popular.
Visited Aug ‘22. I absolutely should have reviewed this at the time, I loved this food. Not hugely familiar with Bristol but this did seem to be a bit off the beaten track – though I’m not a local. I only knew about it through word of mouth. Was super impressed with the lovely interior and the unique menu. The menu has changed since I went, but I think I shared the Koocha fried chicken burger (blue bun), sweet potato samosas, kotlet (mince/potato patties in a mint chilli salsa), gaymeh (aubergine yellow split pea stew) okra fries. I had the Turkish delight chocolate brownie for dessert. My only criticism was that this didn’t really taste like Turkish delight, just a regular brownie. I think it was reasonably priced the staff were lovely. I also loved the live plants on the wall. Updated from previous review on 2023-02-20
This is my favourite place to eat in Bristol. There’s a huge selection of things to eat and the cocktails are amazing. Couldn’t recommend this place more.
