Desi curry is probably one of the best curries I've had in years. Absolutely delicious. Starter, main and rice for under £10. And it isn't swimming in cooking oil like most other curry's out there. The Lamb Special excellent. Chicken tandoor is also an excellent dish. View all feedback.
Desi is a real hidden gem of a restaurant, it serves some of the best Indian food in Bristol. I don't understand why other reviewers have complained about prices and portions, the portions are small because it's a tapas style menu and the prices reflect that. We got 2 samosas, 2 pakoras, 2 different curries (both with rice), 2 chapatis, 2 poppadoms and 3 dips delivered to our door for £20! And it was all delicious!

Absolutely fanatastic!! Third visit here and have never been dispointed!! Excellent food and great value. Have tried 5-6 different curries and all are as good as each other.. staff were great too especially Leesha and billy! Slowly becoming our regular for a curry and a pint!
Small but charming little South Asian restaurant. Flavoursome food, perfectly-sized tapas-style portions, friendly staff and good value for money. And the COCKTAILS are AMAZING!
4 of us ate there last night for my wifes birthday. Considering we live just round the corner I can 't believe it took us so long to try it. Can 't fault them on anything to be honest. Food and service were excellent and it 's cheap enough for a 'no reason ' wednesday meal out. Very impressed.
