Enjoyed a few tasty pizzas here with my boyfriend, cousin and his wife. Relaxed dining environment, super friendly staff and the best Mars Bar cheesecake ive ever had, the peanut Nutella ice cream also demands a mention. Heaven!!. Thanks guys. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Tomato Brothers:
Whilst the flavor was good, the produce fresh, there was an overwhelming excess of oil. This left all of us feeling a little sick to the stomach afterwards. Doubt we will return for another try. View all feedback.
Friendly and well-meaned children working there, but attention in the customers was sitting everywhere on the place and the business needs a manager on the ground, a maitre de, so that the clientele do not wait long. friendly as I said, well meant, but a little work is required on customer care, and I do not blame the children. where is the owner? pizza tasted good, but what about the creamy sauce instead of the right cheese? maybe from melbourne, the restaurant capital of the world where there are pizza restaurants that fight everywhere for their business, I have high expectations, but cannot complain about the pizza taste. by the way, full markings to the Italian street kitchen in newstead for the al dente texture of her spaghetti last week. best textur I've been trying since Sicily. beautiful aroma, tomato breeder, but more attention to fast service please. prost.
Ordered food by over and it did not arrive after it said it was delivered. the food and the service were excellent. I had the delivery from there 15 times since the end of 2020 and was super...impressed by the customer service I received when I had a problem with over. the calzone was delicious and the captivating we had were fantastic.
My family has been eating at dead brothers in wildston for about 20 years and I can't say we've ever got a bad meal. the Italian eating is very much “American style” Italian, and so if they enjoy a lot of sauce and many...cheese, this is the place to go! the calzone here (educated) never disappointed. the quantities are generous and the prices are reasonable.
I divorced here last night. the pizzas we ordered were not good for the following reasons: basic not freshly prepared- thick and hard edge, tomato sauce used tasty like something from a glass with some dry crimps blown in. the pasta and gnocchi we ordered have used the same sauce as the pizza. I don't think we're coming back. a busy night with many employees who serve and visit the pizza production line - but some tackiness in the serving ie pasta served without Parmesan cheese that required server to go back this lasted five minutes.
Beware all allergy sufferers! Avoid this restaurant, if you have nuts, gluten or any other allergies! You may die, if you eat here! On 18 Dec. 2019, my son dined there with his mates. As he has severe allergy to nuts, he asked the staff...and the chef, if pizzas in the banquet deal had any nuts. He explained he was allergic to nuts. The staff assured him there were no nuts, which was not true! He had an anaphylactic attack, after eating their Margherita pizza. When he could not swallow and struggled breathing, he asked the chef again about the nuts in the pizza, and he was told, that the pizza had no nuts, but Margherita had a pesto on it, and pesto had nuts! He had to administer himself with epipen (first time in his life), and ask the staff to call ambulance. The restaurant staff and manager did not apologise, or show any interest or care at all! My son had to spend 5 hours in the emergency at the hospital! He would have died, if he did not have and use his epipen at the time.
