Every time i am close I go and have some food at Tipplers. Most of the time I take fish (grilled cod) and chips. Fish is perfect and chips are the best. Greek type of food and great service. Would recommend to anyone. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Tipplers Seafood:
Seafood was fresh and portion size was OK, consider the prize. It was nice that they also added a small salad on the side, as some places don't do that. However we were really disappointed with their pineapple fritters!! It was very stringy, making it hard to chew. Also, it appeared to be overly deep fried as the fried batter was dark and very greasy. Just have their fish and chips and avoid the pineapple fritters!!! View all feedback.
Great and fresh. Have been going here for years, great fresh seafood, thick chips, generous serves of seafood as well. Always friendly too :
We have ordered from this restaurant a few times. Sometimes the food is a bit too oily, but other times the fries are perfect. This particular order was just right. The portion size is generous and enough for two people with leftovers (depending on how hungry you are).
The review of the restaurant in English: The fish and chips at Tipplers are prepared in a traditional, old-school style. I used to live in Taringa as a student 10 years ago. Despite living all over Brisbane in the past decade and trying different fish and chip shops, I have always been let down. Nowadays, I make the trek from Coorparoo to Taringa just to enjoy the delicious fish and chips from Tipplers. The chicken salt seasoning brings back fond memories of my childhood.
The delicious homestyle burgers at this restaurant are very filling, and their generous serving of chips makes it a great value for money. Perfect for a takeaway if you're looking to indulge and splurge on your diet for the day.
Much better than the seafood at Rosalie. The scollops were big and juicy. The scollops at Rosalie were tiny, and not much cheaper, if at all <br/ <br/
