I hesitate to rate this place too highly, or else everyone will discover this fantastic little gem. The beers are icy cold, and the burgers are consistently fresh, delicious, and of excellent quality. The atmosphere is just what you want when you're on an island; it truly makes you feel like you've escaped from everything. It’s a pleasant scenic drive down the island to reach this charming spot for a meal and a couple of drinks. The staff is consistently friendly and helpful.
We visit this place every time we're in Tanga, and it hasn't changed at all— which we love! The service is excellent. For lunch, we found the food to be top-notch, and we rated everything a perfect 5. The atmosphere is also fantastic. I highly recommend trying the Fisherman's Basket, Fish and Chips, and the fresh seafood. Plus, there's plenty of parking available.
