brisket is extremely bland, hard for a slowly boiled meat and greasy. Pulled pig was on the oily side, but quite tasteful. this special sauce tastes like a regular fountain BBQ sauce. good amount of food for price mixed bbq plate with potato salad or Slav is $13. nothing special would not buy again. try them big smoke at mt gravatt marketta on Saturday, if they like bbq, these youngs just nail it every time!
