What a surprise. We have often walked past this little gem on our way to Chinatown etc. luckily tonight we decided to dine. Between the 3 of us we ordered 3 dishes including the barbecued duck. This dish was sensational. We bought our own wine and the corkage fee was three dollars per head which is very reasonable. We were greeted as soon as we walked in by a very friendly and welcoming lady - Nok. We really enjoyed... View all feedback.
What Brannon Ankunding doesn't like about Tara Thai:
Regularly come in for lunch. Portions are good, Cheap food and usually quick servings. Service could be good and bad depending on the visit. Today I encountered a rude treatment from the lady waitress. Hope they will improve on consistency. View all feedback.
We had the chicken pad Thai and a few beers and everything was great! Fast service and good prices
Have been coming here for years, and I will keep on coming back! Well-priced food, love the ambiance after their refurb last year, and the service is
I thought the food was fairly goodWe ordered deliveryOne of the items we ordered was number 36Stir fry basil with chicken.
This place is truly a hidden gem. I would have to say this is the most amazing Thai we have ever tasted. The staff are so friendly and polite. We drove over an hour to this restaurant and will definitely drive back again. We are disappointed it is not closer to home. We ordered a chicken pad Thai, parang curry and coconut rice. Delicious. A must try!!!
I had dinner alone here on a work trip. The food was good and the restaurant relaxed. Perfect for eating alone without feeling conspicuous or wierd. They have $5 beers to go with the spicy thai food, which is great.
