This restaurant provided the worst dining experience for a group of 6 on June 20th, 2014. Dinner started at 7 and we immediately encountered terrible service. It took about 30 minutes just to get our first drinks, and then a cleaner from the dining room took personal items. Halfway through the meal, one dish was missing and the guest had to ask after everyone else had finished.
Stones cold chips, salat (not a side salad) came on it without dressing and rotted avocardo in it. booo not bother!
The new char’s restaurant is fantastic. suitable from the room is beautiful and the food was fresh and delicious. spend a lot of time in some of the most famous restaurants in brisbane and that was just as good.
Surprisingly great!. I'm never disappointed when I visit Plantations. The food is great and I don't mind paying that little extra because I know what to expect. Quality is consistent time and time again so I will continue to come back. Customer service is friendly and warm and service is prompt The only thing I dislike is the eating area being so close to the pokies. I just hate pokies fullstop!
