After our fishy dinner at Sushi Edo, Paul Chan and I came here for dessert. Crepes! Seated next to the spotless open plan kitchen I see 10 crepe skillets on hotplates at the ready. Our coffees arrive, they could be hotter but the coffees are strong and flavoursome The Crêpe Suzette looks fabulous flambèed in Brandy and Grand Marnier, served with an Orange sauce, Strawberries, Orange slices and Ice cream. What Rodolfo Tremblay doesn't like about Miss Claudes Crepes and French Café:
Miss Claude’s has been open for a while now in Newmarket Village. It’s set amongst a few other eateries, down a dark car park laneway. Hubby and I headed there soon after it opened, for a quick lunch. This place is cheap and cheerful rather than fancy French. The food is typical of Normandy apparently – folded crepes with a filling, rather than those square, buckwheat (and savoury) varieties you often see at markets... View all feedback.
I had a vegetarian Sunday dinner at this restaurant about two months ago. The crepes were outstanding. The Veggie Friendship crepe was filled with baby spinach and mushrooms, and had a rich cheese flavor with a soft texture that we loved. The banoffee crepe was also delicious, with a combination of salted caramel, chocolate, banana, and fresh fruit. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our meal.
The crepe itself was not bad, but the fillings were not great. meat was dry and not much other than that and sauce. only tried the hearty, but it looked like the sweet little ones were better than the hearty ones.

It was cheesy so that’s good, but sadly, the whole thing was gluggy, and tasted of uncooked flour. Not a favourite. Hubby had Mexican Beef 19), with beef, chilli, avocado, cheese, etc. He...read more
When we first visited the Coomera store, the quality was much better! I had a great experience at this place. However, on two occasions, the crepes were poorly made and hard to chew. I brought this issue up to the staff at the checkout and they apologized, offering me a great discount. Despite this, the crepes at the Coomera location have always been top-notch. I will continue to visit Coomera, but will avoid this particular location in the future.
This restaurant is perfect for a family breakfast. The service is attentive without being overwhelming. The food was delicious and served promptly, catering to a variety of tastes from vegetarian to health-conscious. The dishes were prepared well and served at the right temperature. We were extremely satisfied with our experience and will definitely be returning soon.
