Mcdonald's Family Restaurants

Same as every other Macca in the universe. I didn't see Ronnie which was disappointing but the burger and fries were to their usual standard. Maccas is good!

We usually stop at McDonalds for a coffee when on the road so have tried a few, but this place left a lot to be desired. Definitely the dirtiest McDonalds I've ever stepped into which, especially the toilets, which left you wondering what the kitchen facilities must be like. I generally like to leave positive reviews, but this place left little to be positive about. Not the greatest coffee and the hash browns looked like they'd been sitting there for quite some time.

The drive through do excellent coffee, however today I decided to sit in for a coffee and it was the worst choice. Complete opposite to drive through taste. Shame really.

Any Mcdonald's visit during school hours is going to be a total disaster !! The Brookside outlet is the same . Screaming kids , out of control kids , parents who don't care about their kids !! They all come to Macas and leave the place grubby and untidy , go else where during school hours !!

My daughter and I went to have lunch with my husband and this was the only choice in the area. I don't usually eat McDonald's but thought we would try the new gourmet burgers. Ordered 3 burgers and we all had the same an Angus beef burger. Bread was stale and broke up while trying to eat it. There was a dob of mayonnaise on a quarter of the burger. Only one burger had the caramelised onions it was supposed to come with. Piece of bacon half the size of the bread roll one tiny piece of tomato. 5 strands of lettuce and the burger patty did not fill the roll. For the huge price tag I could have eaten at an expensive restaurant. I went on line and put in a complaint about 5 weeks ago and asked to be called back. I am still waiting. Never again will I eat McDonald's.
