I don't understand why they call it poutine if it's nothing like the actual ding.

I love them much more than the average thick chips. while my friend said that she would rather make thick cuts, I ate merrily. the pulled swath above was very soft and juicy. it was especially beautiful with the extra mayonnaise above. of course that was the highlight of my night.
