I came to this restaurant after New Shanghai closed around 8pm on a Wednesday night. The food was delicious, although the waitress seemed hesitant when I asked for vinegar with my dumplings. I enjoyed the soup inside the steamed Siu Loong Bow and the lightly fried skin of the Pot Stickers. The beans were also a hit – light and not greasy!
