Was Enaish at DannyBoys a mag?
If you're in the mood for a satisfying and high-quality soup, Danny Boys is a great choice. Their chili bowls are also delicious, although a bit too salty for my taste. The sandwiches are fresh and generously filled, but there are other restaurants in the area that offer cheaper options if budget is a concern. Don't forget to try their giant cookie - it's enough to feed a group of five or six people and will give you... View all feedback.
What Gerbil D dislikes about DannyBoys:
Went there plenty of time because the sandwich was good.. however, giving their attitude about $2 voucher for next time discount after spending over $20 previously, they don 't want to honor it because the voucher can not be scanned, I am very annoyed. This is the warning for all of you if you want to use their discount voucher, you might get oh..sorry can not give you discount because bar code can not be scanned.. B... View all feedback.
This place is absolutely amazing. This is the third time I've been here, and I cant get over how good the sandwiches are. Highly recommend the cuban!!
Fresh bread. Delicious soups only $5. Broccoli soup is my favorite. Friendly service. Cheap and tasty lunch.
Seriously, I don't know what happened to DannyBoys today (23/06/16), but I got my usual soup (the corn chowder) and it was very bland and clumpy!! The bread I got to go with the soup was cold and hard (not the warm and wholesome texture that I was familiar with), and that was really disappointing, because normally their bread was the hero for me! Sure it was busy when I visited during lunch time, but in the past they were able to produce great food even when they were busy. Not sure if I will go back after this....
This restaurant is perfect for a quick lunch on the go, but there is also a nice seating area upstairs. I tried the Phat and it was delicious in its simplicity. The bread really stood out and made the meal. I would definitely recommend it!
This restaurant is a great spot for a casual meal. They offer a wide selection of sandwiches and their soups are a fantastic option as well. I tried the broccoli cheese soup and it was absolutely delicious, with plenty of cheesy strands in every bite. The broccoli flavor really stood out. I also ordered a gourmet sandwich which, although tasty, could have had more fillings. If the sandwich looked as good as it does in the menu pictures, it would be a definite winner.
