A pleasantly 'different' experience with a little spice. The Menu was varied and pleasingly with some diverse elements. The biggest aspect which was frightfully apparent was its potential. A visit and your patronage with some suggestions (if they are open to it), may see this place one the Brisbane's best.

I had an hour to kill in the area and whilst looking for parking spied this place. Very welcoming atmosphere. The staff were very good. This place is well situated. You can sit either outside or inside and if you just want a take away, no problem. I really wanted a bacon butty and it is such a shame that places like this do not cater for them. However their New York toasted sandwich was really good and made fresh. Had a really good cup of tea as well. If you are in the area, great place to meet up.

This place has a variety of seating options that can fill up fast. Great for a quick breakfast bite. Limited trading hours

I had some time to spare in the area and as I looked for parking, I noticed this restaurant. The atmosphere was very welcoming and the staff was excellent. The location is convenient and you have the option to dine inside or outside, or simply get takeout. I was craving a bacon sandwich, but unfortunately they didn't have it. However, I tried their New York roasted sandwich and it was delicious and fresh. I also enjoyed a great cup of tea. Overall, it's a great place to meet if you're in the area.

We were heading to another café in nearby Albion for a Saturday morning breakfast but couldn't find parking so decided to stop and give this one a try instead as we drove by it. Parking is on street and although we had no trouble parking, I...imagine the busy intersection this café sits on might present problems on really busy days. There are some very casual style seating options available outside on the footpath, but we chose to sit inside in the air conditioning. The décor is an eclectic mix (groovy art works, old vinyl LPs, comfy French style sofas, communal farmhouse table with cottage chairs etc). The staff were very welcoming and chatty (orders are placed at the counter) and the ambience in the café was really nice and low key for a Saturday morning. We had no trouble finding a table (arrived about 9.15am) despite the fact that there were plenty of people inside. The menu is very short and not overly diverse, which almost made us move on, but we decided to stay anyway and were really pleasantly surprised. We both ordered the quesadilla expecting an average meal, but it was fabulous. Generous (too big for me to finish), super tasty, and reasonably quick to arrive. We both commented on what a pleasant surprise the dish was to eat. Coffee was good (but not quite hot enough for my taste) we even ordered takeaway seconds when we left. Overall it was a nice experience and we would go back for sure. Happy to recommend it it seems to have a good local following too which is always a good sign.
