Went here for dinner last week, it happened to be two for one night (Tuesday) which made it very inexpensive, my steak was cooked perfectly and as we were group had a chance to see and hear what others thought and their were no complaints. I was surprised when I read the other reviews but maybe OTooles has lifted its game, the staff were friendly and all in all enjoyed our night out. View all feedback.

Went here with friends for drinks and dinner. As we walked up to the front door we were hit with a wall of smoke. The smoking area is right at the front door which is **** for us non-smokers. What happened to the 4m from the doors rule?? People were literally sitting in the doorway puffing away,Anyway, went inside for a pre-dinner drink. Bar girl was very friendly and recommended some wines. As we sat drinking and cha... View all feedback.
Club sandwich terrible chicken was cold the bacon was the size of a twenty cent piece not nice at all some of the chips where under cooked paste with prawns and chorizo tasteless you were lucky to see the pieces of chorizo not very creamy...boring wont to back
Corinda Tavern, part of the Maguire group of hotels, offer a loyalty card which gives you discounted food and drinks but have increased prices to give you the so called discount And this is on top of price increases during Covid, bad enough in itself....You also have to submit personal details to get the card for what purposes I can only guess. If the card is genuine why the need for my details. My wife and I have been patrons of the tavern for years but will now avoid all Maguires' hotels and spend our money elsewhere.
I moved to Corinda a few years back when this place was the old O’Toole’s. It was dark and smelly (and not in a cool hipster way). Since the refurbishment, the Corinda Tavern is a really nice place for a drink or meals. Nothing ground-breaking...on the menu, but very good quality standard pub food and portions for price. Heaps of promotion nights, trivia etc. They rotate a few of the beer taps, but it is still hitting the average suburban pub target audience, just doing it really well. Definitely come here rather than the nearby Services Club if you want a good meal.
Terrible food with stale burger buns toasted to mask the situation. Clearly a heavily sponsored venue with nothing crafty on tap a typical suburban list of booze readily available at any BWS.
Had lunch here today and thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience. Very good menu, really top staff who were so friendly and obliging, table service for food and drinks, very good food. I had the beef and Guinness pie, rich and full of flavour and served...with a medley of vegetables which perfectly complemented the pie. So many other places just serve mushy peas and sometimes mashed potato. Friend had the wild mushroom risotto and she said it is the best one she has had. The meals were very generous and attractively presented. We found the décor and general ambience great. A wonderful venue for the whole family with reasonable prices. Several small children here today.
