This restaurant offers seriously delicious food in generous portions, along with excellent service. The lady who works there is always so lovely! The beef noodle soup and the soy noodles are consistently perfect. The prices are really affordable. I absolutely adore this place and highly recommend it.

The best Lanzhou pulled noodles! The restaurant is only 6 minutes away from my house, and my stomach was craving some of their fresh soup noodles today. On my way home from the Sunday market, I quickly stopped by, said hello to the chef, placed my order, grabbed a bottle of icy water, and sat down to season my beef noodles. I ordered the thick round noodles and they were cooked perfectly al dente. I enjoyed the chewy texture! The thinly sliced beef was tender and the broth was delicious. I also had a dipping sauce with black vinegar and fried chili, which added a tasty kick. Yum!

Another must-try dish is the signature rindernudelsuppe (lanzhou noodle soup), which is similar to a Chinese version of pho. The flavorful broth, hand-pulled noodles, and generous serving of chopped coriander make this dish a standout. If you like your meat on the firmer side, be sure to ask for extra bark. The spicy cold potato salad is also a standout and adds a kick of spice to your meal. Our usual order comes out to around $60 and includes all of these delicious dishes. The previous real noodle asia has disappeared, the handmade noodles are gone. change the owner and kitchen! they are now a cantonese/Malaysian type, tried it once, not nice on allllllllll. so sad before 5 star rating: we have long been the ancestry. very beautiful taste love their signature bark noodles. authentic handmade noodles! price is reasonable, only feedback is less msg, sometimes we can feel the aftertaste of msg in our throats.
