I enjoyed a delightful two-course lunch on July 1st. The staff, chef, and owner were all incredibly friendly. The meal started with crispy calamari and house-made ciabatta served with delicious homemade dips, which was a lovely beginning. For the main course, I had smoked salmon with root vegetable and quinoa salad, which was tender and absolutely divine! The grilled chicken and chorizo served on a bed of pearled couscous with feta had a bold flavor and was truly exceptional!
This was our third visit to Brisbane, and we had breakfast at Chelsea Bistro each time. We couldn't fault their service or the food. The first time, I tried the Chai Porridge, and on the next two occasions, I enjoyed the poached eggs, potato hash, bacon, and carrot marmalade. Everything was fantastic! Keep up the great work, team!
