We went here for coffee last Saturday morning. The coffee was excellent, but the food was even better. Hand made, well presented, and most enjoyable. We had sausage roll, a yoghurt cup, and carrot cake. The sausage roll was the best I can remember ever having. The seating by the side was a bit basic, but wasn't a biggie. A great place for locals. What User doesn't like about Cafe Gia:
Having waited so long for a coffee shop nearby we were very disappointed and will not be returning. The coffee (long black) was mediocre, choice of cakes limited and the service variable. While the young staff members were friendly the more senior person displayed a distinct lack of interest in providing customer service. View all feedback.
Living within walking distance while child was in treatment cafe Gia was our reprieve a morning coffee or a very rare breakfast but never disappointed We were always greeted with a smile and the service top notch
We enjoyed the delicious food from the limited special pizza menu at this restaurant. The staff were friendly and the service was quick, with the option to bring your own alcoholic drinks. The location within walking distance from our home was a convenient bonus for us.
Cafe Gia was buzzing inside on the morning of my visit for a coffee, I observed some delicious looking waffles coming out of the kitchen as I placed my order at the counter. It was a little too noisy for me inside so found a...warm spot outside in the winter sun, no sooner had I sat down my coffee arrived. I'd be happy to return to try out the menu.
This restaurant is perfect for grabbing a quick coffee to go, with an hour of parking available right out front. The interior has a lovely atmosphere, but it may be a bit too noisy for holding business meetings.
We have had the pleasure of joining friends for lunch here twice and both times we were delighted with the food and service. A quiet backstreet cafe that offers a tasty range of food. Best of all is the incredibly friendly staff who enhance the...the whole event! N
