What Մայրանոյշ Խաչատրյան likes about Ben's Burgers:
Great burgers! Meat patty was pink in the middle, had the cheesy burger, loved it. Fries also good with nice dips. Fried chicken was average. Would recommend for the burgers! View all feedback. What Alessandra Kohler doesn't like about Ben's Burgers:
nice, simple concept, but I really wasn't there. the taste of the burger was drowned by the fact that it was covered in so much ketchup and screed, up to the point where it drops from the burger into a stack on the tablet. I suggest that if they self-maintain ketchup and sneal anyway, why not let them leave it from the burgers and allow people to add their own when they choose. the pommes were nothing special and tas... read moreBen's Burgers is a popular spot in West End that offers a chill American high school cafeteria vibe. The vanilla bean milkshake is recommended for those who enjoy a milky texture, while the beef patty in the burgers is praised for being thick and juicy. The Classic Burger is compared to a glorified Big Mac, but the Cheesy Burger with bacon is highly recommended. Some diners were disappointed by the lack of customization options, but overall, the food is fresh and delicious with a simple yet reasonable menu. The service and temperature inside the restaurant were noted as areas for improvement, but the quality of the burgers and fries was consistently praised. The Bleachers, a part of Ben's Burgers, offers additional menu options like pork and chicken sandwiches, along with great milkshakes. Overall, Ben's Burgers at West End is a great addition to Brisbane's dining scene, providing tasty American-inspired food in a laid-back setting.
