Beach House Bar & Grill - Brisbane

We came to dinner last night (on Sunday, 15 apr 18) and made us feel very disappointed. we ordered the nachos, with crushed chicken. the place was quite empty, which should have been the first red flag. the food arrived 20 minutes later. a buck of nachos for $19! I was excited. until we were able to look at each other. the nachos were soggy and limp, hot on the outside and cold in the middle. the cheese was so over boiled to place that it was like cement. the guacamole above had turned from green to a dark brown (obvily it was a day or two made in advance) and tasted from some ground like garlic. also our order came up without hawn. Really 1 person behind the bar and 1 person who takes orders and check orders on a Thursday night before the car-free day. lost after words. If I were the owner, I would be annoying. the amount of people who saw the line up and left was amazing. the amount of drinks they could have served more is also amazing. as a former entrepreneur, I would fire all the personal. food cut, chips cold, service harmful. would go to maccas every day of the week before this place.

Beach house is always a good choice when they are arent safe as they feel. the chermside beach house was great! the staff was always friendly and fast. I'm coming back here.

The first time we came here, the steaks were very dry, but even though we gave it again. the second time we arrived at the early Saturday evening, we ordered two fish dishes. we asked if they were serving tartar sauce and they said yes. we paid $2 extra for aioli aswell. the restaurant was quite quiet and we waited 30 minutes for meals. our meals arrived and they were not tartaric acid, so I asked where it was and they said they didn't sell it. I got an extra aioli with my meal, so I paid $2 for nothing. grill fish and crumb calamari was quite average and salat had no suits on it, chips were also cold. the third time is not the charm.

Refused service , was told that I could not buy a drink without a main meal. Poor poor service ,Never coming here again , what kind of policy is this garbage
