Everything was fresh and tasty. While the crispy pork belly wasn't actually crispy, the chicken was! I'm not quite sure about the rangoon... but I will definitely return—it's such a great find in the neighborhood.
I had a Sunday lunch at this busy café and was impressed by the hustle and bustle, especially with the additional orders coming in from Uber Eats. After looking through the menu, I highly recommend trying the beef pho and Hue's spicy noodles; they are must-tries! We also decided to order the Rangoon deep-fried prawn and cheese wontons, as it was the first time I'd seen them on a Vietnamese menu. While I couldn't quite tell if the fried wontons qualify as traditional Vietnamese street food, they were absolutely delicious. The broth of both noodle soups was rich in flavor, and the noodles in the pho were wonderfully silky. The pinkish slices of beef in the pho were definitely a highlight. Overall, this lunch was quite impressive! I would rate it 4.5 out of 5.
This restaurant offers authentic Vietnamese cuisine that is absolutely delicious, fresh, and healthy, all at street food prices. We plan to become regulars to sample all the dishes. The value is excellent, and they have a BYO policy.
First time here and I'm very pleased. It's now one of my top favs for pho in brisbane. They nailed the perfect balance of sweetness and salty. Will order the larger size because the broth is that gooodddd. I could tell the noodles and beef slices were super fresh, it's chewy and thick yummm. Definitely be going back.
Husband booked this place for lunch via Eat Club. I had beef pho which I like the soup. It's beef texture could be more tender but I don't have major complaints about. My husband had grilled pork combination rice. It does not have the thinly shredded pork skin like other Vietnamese places offer. But the grilled pork had a very good chargrilled taste. My son had chicken spring rolls and they were very good good. Summer juice and lychee mint frappe were perfect in the hot summer weather.
