It was my first time trying this food truck as I've had bad experiences in the past and was reluctant to try another food truck. Most provide small portions, poor quality food at high prices. But the food here was delish. I ordered the pork belly with rice and fries. Yum! The guys have a great sense of humor, as I was able to tease them about the food. They put up big time. Brought a friend for the first time and they appreciated it! They put my faith bad in the food truck biz and you have me and my other friend(s) as regular customers! Thanks so much!

Btw, saw some people bring Jack in the Box othe... read more When it's the only option at Barebottle, I guess it's ok. Otherwise, I wouldn't go out of my way to go eat here. Btw, saw some people bring Jack in the Box other take out themselves to Bare Bottle. So genius! I wish I thought of that. Each bowl comes w two bases (choice of salad, rice, fries or garlic noodles $1) Rather than getting 2 different bowls, I ended up getting a super bowl by adding an extra protein for $5 to my bowl. I got fries and garlic noodles as the base, and the fried chicken and brussel sprouts and cauliflower as the mains. It was mostly enough food for two people to share. My gripes: 1) I didn't ask for an egg, but they added one (and I later saw they charged me $1.50 for it anyways). I didn't end up contesting it and just ate it. Honestly don't think it added much to the bowl in this case. 2) Each individual flavor was not great quality, and together in one bowl, it was too much sauce and salty. 3) Their operations are slow... the line is not long or non existent, but they still end up taking forever to make the food or even to take my order. They seemed to just have a lot of other stuff to do in between orders, so I don't know how they would be able to handle a large crowd at all. The last thing is on me... didn't check Yelp, otherwise can get $1 off for checkin!

Lots of flavors on the me... read more Definitely worth trying out MoBowl! I ordered the Hari Cari Chicken Curry with Garlic Noodles and White Rice. It was a delicious meal! Lots of flavors on the meat and noodles, which was great. I was a little surprised at the mix of savory and sweet flavors, but I enjoyed it. I only took off one star because I thought the white rice was a little too mushy, but other than that I enjoyed my meal. They give you a great amount of food, so I ate my meal for both lunch and dinner. I highly recommend this food truck :

A damn salad! Take this exit, she pouts out...we'll go to MoBowl and get a salad, they're the best in the area! You'll like it she said. So when it's cold out, and you have your heart set on pot roast, and she says...it's salad! It's gotta be MoBowl. 5 stars
