I hate to write a bad review but...Stopped in today and was the only person there. Ordered the Reuben Sandwich of a side salad with blue cheese on the side. The young women brought it out and no blue cheese on the side and it was drenched in a vinaigrette type dressing. Asked her about what I ordered and she said they were out of blue cheese and did not seem to want to explain any further. The Reuben came with the pastrami, swiss cheese and crout like normal AND lettuce, tomato and onion! I guess they're trying to reinvent a great sandwich. OK, So I ate it and the meat was Not tender but just short of beef jerky. I was starving because It was my first time eating and still did not finish it. I hate when people and cooks just do not care anymore. I paid the bill and told the young woman and could tell she kind of cared but she was not going to tell anyone... Should have taken some pics.

Poor customer service. I called, was told they could complete my order and said they would text with a quote. Never received a text. I called the next day, was told I had to email. I emailed. They again said they could fulfill my order, I responded with the quantity I needed. Three subsequent emails with no response, and now I am left without catering the day before a party. Didn't even have to courtesy to email and say no. I had to call again. Unreliable and unprofessional.

Yummy food in Brisbane! I'm not sure if they are new or not, but the service was fast and friendly.

Locally owned and family operated ... so they put the personal touch in everything. The cowboy burger was all Angus, heavy thick and juicy patty, on a toasted brioche... and the fries perfectly crispy while soft in the center. Thouroughly enjoyed it. Also got a bowl of their home made from scratch clam chowder ... excelent! Not too salty and still full of flavor. I'll definitely be coming by more for lunch here.

I started with the fried shrimp calamari, priced at $13. It was delicious, served on a bed of rich tomato sauce with some capers sprinkled on top. I think it would have been even better if tartar sauce had been available, but I suppose that's the chef's choice. Nonetheless, I enjoyed it. For my main course, I opted for the lunch special at $14.50, which included a beer or soft drink. I ordered the grilled Angus top sirloin steak, and it arrived cooked a bit more than medium, leaning towards well done. Given the thickness of the meat, it's definitely a challenge to cook it perfectly. Still, it was quite tasty. I had to wait about 35 minutes for my entree, which can make a difference if you're on a tight lunch schedule like I am. It’s a convenient system to pay at the cashier when you're finished. Overall, the service was excellent.
