i was looking for some bread at farmer's joes for eating some franks and chicken with. my usual ciabatta was going for 4 while you were at 3. i figure i give you a chance. bad move. though your crust is about the same, the fleshy middle is vastly different. yours lack a definite character and taste. i'll go back to my fav though i can't recall the name. next time i'm at costco, i'll know to get the twin pack. Love love love every thing we have ever purchased when visiting SF...We only wish we had access to the delicious baguettes and croissants in Los Angeles...
Their delicious baguettes are sold at the South San Francisco Costco. These are the same baguettes that local bahn mi shop Dragon Eats uses for their amazing sandwiches.
Unfortunately they are not open to the public don't bother coming. It will be a waste of time to drive there.
They have the best soft rolls: very fresh with a slight buttery taste. They are great on their own as well as sandwiches! Very Impressed and am definitely coming back for more! :
