The Basement In Brimfield

Server was outstanding she handled my food issues with grace. Ordered two appetizers and a burger. Appetizers came out hot burger and fries were cold. She took it back to be redone and four minutes later someone not my waitress brought me out the same plate reheated from a microwave. Not any hotter than when I sent it back. When I let my waitress know it was still unsatisfactory she offered me the opportunity to reorder something else. I ordered something different from my first order and it arrived hot and delicious. She received a 20 percent tip for her efforts even though the kitchen drop the ball on the original order. She will be a great server going forward !

Really good steak sandwich. The bar seats are so comfortable
