Absolutely wonderful food. What I find particularly striking is how pleasant the chef makes a mild acid sound in his dishes. You rarely see something special like sorrel soup on a menu. The idea with the blanched egg in it and the vegetables completely pushed into the background was wonderful. The sea bream was perfect, crispy on one side and chefs rarely manage to keep vegetables tasty. It's often overcooked or oily, but here you could taste it and it was very versatile despite the appropriately small amount. Parking: The place has its own tiny parking lot, but there are plenty of parking bays down the street.

Just home. We were in this hotel three times. It was again SPITZE. We had booked the offer for 2 persons per night for €169.00. Includes: 1st evening a 3-course menu, on the 2nd evenings of a 4-course menu. It was just one: LECKER The offer was still included: Sauerlandcard, 1 champagne with boss, sojourn tax, sauna, solarium....
