My wife and I were very impressed with the restaurant's requirement to check our vaccination status. The owner, who appeared to be in charge, was impeccably dressed in a clean white cooking jacket. He took great care to ensure everything ran smoothly. We ordered the fish and chips with a side salad, which was served in a separate container - a nice touch. Our meals were delivered in white paper bags, adding to the professionalism of the experience. The fish and chips were excellent, with perfectly crisp chips and well-cooked fish. We will definitely be returning to this top-notch establishment.

The fish was tasty and not greasy. Chip was not fat, but could have been a crispy. Gluten-free option and while more expensive it was also a touchy meal. Some unnecessary delays by disorganized employees, the "preordered" people are waiting in... Order line to pay after collection. The result was cold.

Visited this restaurant on 15.10.21 for Friday lunch and ordered the battered Barramundi chips. Unfortunately, the fish was not fresh and had a strange taste. Additionally, I found a scale and bone in my mouth, which was very unpleasant. The batter seemed to taste like old oil that needed to be changed. We usually order from this restaurant for dinner, but this experience was very disappointing. Despite having three chefs in the kitchen, they couldn't manage to serve a fresh meal. On the positive side, the cashier and waitress were friendly, the restaurant was clean, and had a pleasant atmosphere.

This restaurant has been around for a while. It used to serve excellent fish, perfectly cooked. The favorites are the grilled salmon and grilled barramundi. The calamari, potato scallops, and chips are also tasty. The quality has declined a bit in the past year (they need to change their oil more regularly), but it is still the best fish and chips in the area! The service is quick so you don't have to wait long.

This is the only place to eat calamari on the northside of Brisbane. Others claim to be these best. Crumbed tentacles (NO rubber rings), tender and delicious and a big serving for hearty appetites. We could not eat it all, had the rest for dinner...the next day. Even cold, it was still tender and delicious.
