PENDING MODERATIONHonestly I never write reviews on restaurants or fast food chains but this store has me really disappointed. There is so many issues with this store today I waited for ages and had the usual issues with the drive thru person not hearing anything. Then I Waited probably 10 mins jus to for a cheeseburger meal. Then when the staff member just hand me the food and say absolutely nothing and just give me a blank look. This has happened multiple times and it's not even the same team meamber each time. Also when I have walked into your stores at lunch it is severely understaffed and the service is poor. As well as these issues I have had cold food, wrong food, wrong drinks, paid for orders and then been told at the last window they don't have it. And so many more it would take me an hour just to list it. As I said I'm very patient and never complain. But what the heck Hungry Jacks this store and service is more than terrrible. My guess is that the management is poor in this store and staff training isn't common. Also I have worked in a Hungry Jacks store in the past so I know how they should run and how the service should be. I'm sure I would have lost my job if I acted like the staff you have in Herston! All i can say is don't go to this store find somewhere else! I'm never gonna return here myself.

First time I went, screwed up my order to the point it was inedible. second time they made me wait for eggs then gave me mouldy old ones. No contact from head office or the restaurant. Disgrace

Ordered 2 burgers and chicken nuggets. 1 burger special ordered no condiments. Took 8 minutes to get to the counter to order. You can see in the back of the kitchen it appears filthy with dirty broken equipment on view.They don't give you a docket for your order. Waited another 6 mins then counter staff call out 1 of the burgers called was the special when I checked the bag had the special & nuggets and someone else's fires 1 burger missing. Went back to the counter and informed staff my order was incorrect took another 5 minutes for them to sort it out.Food quality is very poor. Staff stressed and not enough of them.Will never go back avoid at all cost.

I went for times .and i always have veg burger with no mayo no tomato souse .add peri peri but they dodt put peri peri 3 times .as i went today 14/03/15stil i didt get peri peri . fedup with this hungery jacks never ever will to there thx for reading and sory for being rude.
