Went in with friends while visiting Brighton. It was very busy at dinner time. We waited a while for our table. Dishes came rather quickly and wow this is a very authentic Chinese restaurant run by a lovely family. The big plate chicken is better than the ones I tried in London. I have lived in brighton for almost two years and as a person who spent my formal years in hongkong could not find a local Chinese restaurant.
Like many of the other Chinese restaurants in brighton served this place legal Chinese dishes. it helps to have a healthy population of Chinese immigrants.

Wow. What an incredible find. Unbelievable, but so authentic, that's a gem. Just wish more Chinese restaurants served something like that. The waiter is really helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Just happy to explain and help. If you are looking for Anglicised Chinese Food, this is not the place for you. If you want authentic Nordic food, this is for you. We tried the Gungbao chicken, Sirloin beef in soya, green beans with pork and their homemade noodles (simply devine). Every time I get to Brighton, I come here. And you too!
