The food is delicious, and the... read more This restaurant is absolutely fantastic! The owners are quite unique, which seems to inspire their incredible authentic cuisine. The food is delicious, and the staff is very friendly. I've visited many Vietnamese restaurants, and this one is definitely among my favorites. The noodle dishes are outstanding, and the Pho is delightful as well. Everything I've tried here has been wonderful, including the egg rolls and vegetables. I would give it a perfect 10 out of 10!

The fried dumplings are the BEST I've ever tasted. Cheese tones were delicious. The Pho? I mean wow. This broth is very tasteful! I'm so glad I didn't read any reviews before I tried it very randomly. I had the best customer service. Mom cooked, daughter took orders and waited, and a gentleman (can be Dad? It was a very domestic feeling. The daughter made sure that we sat comfortably out of the snowstorm while waiting for our order. I would definitely recommend if you have the time to wait for your meal. Definitely no fast food joint, so if you expect not to wait to go to fies Panda Express. Patience, for all good things come to those who wait. It was amazing! Thanks for the family at Pho 81!

The noodle dishes are bursting with taste, and the meat in them is delicious. They even make their own flavored fish sauce in-house. I can be quite critical and picky about restaurants, but this one raises the bar above the rest!
