Pho 81 - Brighton

I expected the same Pho I sound city, but this place is exceptional! The broth in the pho is economical. The noodle dishes pack a lot of taste and the meat in them, the flavored fish sauce is also made house. I'm critical and picky in my restaurants and this is one that puts the bar higher above others!

This place is sooooo good. The owners are legit strange, so they make amazing authentic food. You're delicious! I love the food and the people are very nice. I was in a lot of Vietnamese stains and this is one of my favorite hands down. The noodle shells are amazing. The Pho is also good. All I had from here, I loved, including egg rolls and vegetables. 10/10

We tried Pho 81 for the first time. We did it. We ordered cheese bugs, fried dumplings and 2 small rare steakpho. The fried dumplings are the BEST I've ever tasted. Cheese tones were delicious. The Pho? I mean wow. This broth is very tasteful! I'm so glad I didn't read any reviews before I tried it very randomly. I had the best customer service. Mom cooked, daughter took orders and waited, and a gentleman (can be Dad? It was a very domestic feeling. The daughter made sure that we sat comfortably out of the snowstorm while waiting for our order. I would definitely recommend if you have the time to wait for your meal. Definitely no fast food joint, so if you expect not to wait to go to fies Panda Express. Patience, for all good things come to those who wait. It was amazing! Thanks for the family at Pho 81!

I see all these bad reviews but I really like this place, they are a hard working Asian family and they have a very diverse menu in with many vegetarian options which is hard to find in Brighton. The shrimp Banh Mi is amazing. 10/10 do recommend
