The amount of food they serve you is ridiculous!! I ordered Molcajete. It's like Fajitas in a bowl. AAZING! I couldn't stop eating! I have days left. You also have a truck we met at the Taco Festival in Royal Oak. So good and the tacos are filled with goodness. The same taste! Can't wait to go back. View all feedback.
What Cleta Tremblay doesn't like about El Toro Grill:
I've only been here once or twice. The food was decent but the service not so much. They were really slow. We almost left because it took them so long to even come over and ask us what we wanted to drink View all feedback.
Great authentic Mexican restaurant to visit. The food is delicious and also the drinks. Enjoy the salsa and chips. Portions are big. The staff is friendly and attentive.
The food was delicious, took a little longer to get our dessert when we liked it, but it was deep roasted?
I wanted to try a new Mexican restaurant, so I decided on the menus of some new places on El Torro. The menu looked delicious and I was looking forward to an authentic Mexican food. At first the restaurant was beautiful, decoration and ambience wise. But our server, a medium-aged woman with a long ponytail, had a very acidic attitude right in front of the bat. She wasn't friendly at all and seemed like she wanted to get us out as soon as possible. If I asked her for something she did as if I disturbed her. We ordered the Jalapeno Poppers as an appetizer that were very tasty, although the small spat of Guacamole on a bunch of salad was pathetic. I ordered the enchiladas supreme with one side of rice and beans. The enchiladas floated in a plate full of nasty sauce and the cheese they used to top it artificially. The side of rice and beans were bland and not complementary to the enchiladas at all. I fished the enchiladas out of the red soup soup and took them home, but ended to throw out everything as it was even nasty tasting after warming up. A very disappointing experience. I won't be back, especially with the Sourpus service I met.

Literally the best Mexican food I've ever ate at a restaurant. Amazing portions. Great service and awesome atmosphere. Will be returning! Think we just found our new favorite spot!
