Culture Beer Cheese - Brighton

My wife picked up some cheese from Culture earlier, and I finally had the chance to visit for dinner tonight while on a cheese run. Although we couldn't spend too much time in the store since it was close to closing, I was really impressed with the place and can't wait to come back! We thoroughly enjoyed our cheese and baguette. I'm so glad to have this spot in downtown!

The staff at this restaurant really know their stuff and are always friendly and approachable. So far, I've tried a few crepes, which are a perfect size for brunch or a snack between meals. The hot paprika jam was delicious! Feeling adventurous, I decided to try three cheeses I'd never had before (though they do offer samples), along with two craft beers and some sliced meats, all for just $20. This was more than enough for about 2.5 servings!

Every time I get to this place, I'm blown away. Fantastic selection of cheese and knowledge to secure it. There is always something interesting and new to try what I love, as this part of Michigan usually does not get a great selection of cheese. As someone who goes to a ton of different craft breweries, I am also very impressed by the selection of beer in the store. It's almost all our favorites!
