What Hilton Crooks doesn't like about Buffalo Wild Wings:
Overall the service was mediocre. My main complaint is that this restaurant does not actually honor any reservations made through open table. I had a confirmed reservation for 5 PM and still had to wait 40 minutes as they said it is first come first serve. If this is truly the case they should not utilize the services of open table to allow reservations been made as it is completely deceitful. View all feedback.
