Blank Slate is absolutely INCREDIBLE. Incredible. The very best ice cream. It’s so delicious, so thoughtfully made, and just delicious. There is not a single thing basic about any flavor here. Every ingredient is perfectly chosen. The combinations are perfect. This is probably the best, top tier ice cream in the entire country. I’ve been all over. This is it. It beats everywhere on the west coast. I would give 100 stars if I could. Definitely go to Blank Slate! I also really love that there are (delicious) gluten free and vegan options as well!!! It’s so great. Highly recommend.

I've liked just about everything I've tried here (Not sure about basil as ice cream. Although I'm certain some people love it ; but the Carmel Apple is AMAZING. I can't wait to come back and have another scoop! Also, get the waffle cone. They're delicious.

Went yesterday for the first time and returned again today. Fantastic service and selection. Best ice cream I've had in Michigan.

Just left my first blank slate experience and it was AMAZING. The fresh basil with the lemon zest olive oil drizzle was the best ice cream I’ve ever had in my life! 5 stars!!

Wish I had taken pictures. Went here after dinner at Bourbons. Place was well staffed and staff very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Their ice cream is homemade and uses all natural ingredients with unique flavors like Strawberry Basil. They have several flavors available, and you can sample them to decide which one(s) you will get. You can order cones or in a cup. I got a double scoop in a cup--Bananas Foster and Coconut. It was amazing. There is a place in PA that still is 1st in my heart, but Blank Slate is definitely up there with the best. They have limited indoor seating. Definitely recommend.
