I would typically not give a 5-star rating to a restaurant that is not completely vegan, but I believe the efforts to reduce waste and plastic at this establishment outweigh that factor. They are about 95% vegan and offer a variety of package-free staples such as rice, pasta, lentils, pulses, nuts, chocolate, flours, oats, cereals, and noodles. I usually wouldn't give a place that isn't 100% vegan 5 stars, but I believe the effort to reduce waste, especially plastic, at this place deserves it. I would say it's about 95% vegan. Despite the perception of these stores being fancy and expensive, it's actually cheaper for regular items and refills. For example, I can refill my spices for 20p when a new one at the supermarket costs £1 or more with glass and plastic packaging. They offer package-free rice, pasta, lentils, pulses, nuts, chocolate, flours, oats, cereals, noodles, and more. They also have items like sunflower mince, nutritional yeast, herbal stock, herbs, spices, refillable liquids like olive oil and maple syrup, and even vegan Mayo and miso mayo. The refill prices are much more affordable than buying new, making it a great option for sustainable living. Make sure to bring plenty of glass jars and reusable bags and don't forget to join their loyalty program - the staff is always fantastic! This place is truly my oasis.

The staff is fantastic and I suggest joining their loyalty program. Overall, a great place to shop for vegan and sustainable products at affordable prices.
