Sabai Thai Gastrobar - Brighton

I had an incredible, relaxed, and welcoming experience at this restaurant. The female staff members were fantastic and attentive. The pad thai I had was probably the best I've ever had, even better than the one I had in Thailand. The king prawns were incredibly large and fresh. The Papaya salad could have had more papaya in it. However, I did find a small fly in one of the pad thai dishes, which makes me question the cleanliness of the food.

This was a last minute reservation, but it turned out to be one of the best Thai meals I've ever had. We made the booking on Saturday afternoon for that same evening, and luckily there was one spot left. The atmosphere was fantastic and the food was delicious. The staff were very friendly and made us feel right at home. If you find yourself in the area, I highly recommend this restaurant.

I absolutely love this place! As a fan of Thai cuisine, this restaurant has always been one of my top choices. The food is consistently amazing and perfectly balanced. The menu offers a wide variety of options, so there is something for everyone. Their lunch specials are a great deal, offering fantastic value for the quality of the food. In the photos attached, you can see that I tried both the set course lunch and the four tapas-style dishes, which is a fun way to sample different flavors. I have been coming here for years and always bring my family and friends. I highly recommend giving this place a try.

I absolutely love this family-owned restaurant. I have taken some friends here multiple times and every time, the food has been delicious and reasonably priced. I highly recommend trying them out and supporting a small, local business.

It is rare to give a 5-star review, but this restaurant definitely deserves it. The food, service, and atmosphere were all excellent.
