I've been to Moshimo many times but was really disappointed with the most recent visit (at 730 on a Saturday night) as things seen to have gone downhill rapidly... read more I've been to Moshimo many times but was really disappointed with the most recent visit (at 730 on a Saturday night) as things seen to have gone downhill rapidly. We like to sit at the conveyor belt as it gives you a lot of choice and the chance to sample a lot of different things. This time there was almost nothing on the conveyor belt and nothing was added in the hour we were there the couple next to us said it was the same for them. Disinterested staff didn't let us know this was happening though they must have been aware but didn't mention it when they seated us there. The food we did order was OK but the length of time it took to bring our drinks and chopsticks was excessive. The few plates i did manage to try from the conveyor belt were lukewarm, which they shouldn't have been, or tasted like they had been there some time (the desserts) Usually the place is buzzing which is fun but the overloud repetitive music meant it was impossible to hear the people next to you properly let alone the server. All in all I'd be wary of dining there again
