Wow well done on the very much improved store didn't think I would ever eat there again after a visit last month it was disgusting dismissal dirty now it's wonderful wow welcoming such an amazing impressive turn around well done KFC xx
Thought I would pop in with my son. Ordering on the self service stand was fine and staff pleasant enough. Portions have definitely got smaller, my fillet burger and chips was a child size portion, I boggled at what the mini fillet would have been like! In any fast food place I've been to the food never looks as good as the pctures. Chips were hot but burger not, sort of warmish. Place was clean enough although can never understand why other customers can never put their own rubbish in the bin, it's lazy. Can't comment on the toilets as didn't and wouldn't use in public toilet in a ff restaurant.
I needed to use toilet both out of order food was poor I had to wipe chair before I sat down I entered at opening time so should of been clean I won't be going back
I have been visiting this restaurant sporadically since the 90s. To echo every thing the other reviews are saying, the food is greasy and the customer service is beyond comprehensible. The branch must realise that it must be accomadating to both locals and non-european minorities. I am both and was grabbed by the neck by the greek ? manager this afternoon, because I needed to be moved on for the next wave of cusfomers. This is disgusting behavoiour and I will not be returning.
