Portions have definitely got smaller, my fillet burger and chips was a child size portion, I boggled at what the mini fillet would have been like! In any fast food place I've been to the food never looks as good as the pctures. Chips were hot but burger not, sort of warmish. Place was clean enough although can never understand why other customers can never put their own rubbish in the bin, it's lazy. Can't comment on the toilets as didn't and wouldn't use in public toilet in a ff restaurant.

To echo every thing the other reviews are saying, the food is greasy and the customer service is beyond comprehensible. The branch must realise that it must be accomadating to both locals and non-european minorities. I am both and was grabbed by the neck by the greek ? manager this afternoon, because I needed to be moved on for the next wave of cusfomers. This is disgusting behavoiour and I will not be returning.
