My partner and I have eaten at Simone's many times over the past 15 years and enjoyed each visit. Our latest visit last week saw us have the mixed entree for 2 which was superb. It was our 4th visit to Simon's restaurant, the first 2 occasions were excellent, the 3rd acceptable, but our last one was dismal. The menu was not updated from the last time and it already listed drinks on it which they no longer carried. Yes, that's right after all these years, Simone's is now closed. There's a board out front looking for tenders to take up the business. Bright residents and tourists alike will miss this icon.
Had a fantastic dinner at Simones in Bright. Very well presented 'old fashioned' Italian. Lovely wine, excellent service, lovely seating arrangements which made conversation easy. Peaceful setting and very relaxing
I went in a group for a meal the younger staff members were trying to be helpful, but they needed more confidence in assisting the clientel. The food was very good & well presented. It was an enjoyable evening overall.
Eclectic place to have dinner in Bright. Charming restaurant decor reveals itself as you go down 13 steps into an old world cellar.
What can I say about this place other than fantasticGreat selection of tapas plates. Friendly staff and the manager is a good fun.
