What can I say about this place other than fantasticGreat selection of tapas plates. Friendly staff and the manager is a good fun.
A friend had recommended Simone's, and when we checked in on facebook, everyone else who had been there came out of the woodwork. Simone's is much loved, and justifiably so. We had the degustation, and could not fault it.

My first visit to Bright was capped off by dinner at this popular Italian restaurant. The front gardens were a beautiful welcome to an evening with family enjoying the service provided at this family-run business. We chose for the degustation option and made our way through 8 courses plus extra bits here and there. The meal was well paced and portions were generous. We had trouble getting through to the deserts, but we're glad we did. You need to be hungry for this one! All-in-all, a wonderful meal that I would recommend if you get the chance.
