Pacini
Description
Pacini offers a mixed culinary experience, with some diners praising the restaurant for its Italian ambiance and affordability, while others were left disappointed by the portion sizes and quality of the food. The self-serve bread grill was a hit among customers, providing a unique touch to the dining experience. The menu offered a variety of dishes, including lasagna and spaghetti with meat sauce, with some patrons finding the food to be tasty but a bit on the pricy side. Despite some mixed reviews, Pacini seems to be a popular spot for gathering with friends or family, offering a lively and welcoming atmosphere for all to enjoy.

The food is absolutely delicious, and the service is exceptional; it's truly a five-star experience!
Lovely little terrace, wonderful background music, and I enjoyed outstanding service!
Our waitress, Mademoiselle Sabrina P., provided outstanding service! She welcomed us with a warm smile and attended to our needs with impressive efficiency. As parents of young children, we occasionally struggled to keep track of our surroundings, and those who have kids will understand what I mean. However, Sabrina was incredibly patient and allowed us the extra time we needed on several occasions. Once we placed our order, we didn’t have to wait long at all. Each time she returned to our table, she brought a smile, making us feel very welcome. She also made an admirable effort to engage us in both French and English (my wife and I speak French, English, and Spanish, but my French still needs work, so I often speak English with her, while she naturally uses French here in Québec). Overall, the service we received was exceptional! It’s been a while since we enjoyed such a delightful experience. Thank you very much! We will happily return soon!
The ambiance is warm, friendly for families, and inviting. The portion sizes are quite ample.
The bread grill is amazing! I loved the variety of butters they offered: pesto, tomato/basil, garlic, and regular butter. The selection of breads was also quite good, featuring multigrain, whole wheat, sesame, and white. The standout dish for me was definitely the risotto! I would have loved to see a vegan risotto option, but we enjoyed it with fauxmage instead. We were pleasantly surprised to find several vegan options on the menu. I would highly recommend this restaurant for any occasion. With the all-you-can-eat bread option, we shared the risotto as our main dish along with a side salad and left feeling completely satisfied. They also have a fantastic kids' promotion right now: everything on the kids' menu is just $5, which includes a soup or salad, a main dish (like pasta or a small pizza), a drink, and dessert. It's a fantastic deal for larger families!
