They were very accommodating and provided us with recommendations. The coffee was hot and the donuts were delicious. Our experience was nothing short of positive.

However, I was disappointed to see that all the friend... read more I have been a customer of this restaurant for many years. I used to not like Biggby coffee, but now I do. However, I was disappointed to see that all the friendly workers I knew were replaced by two individuals who did not greet me and only spoke in their own language. After waiting for over 10 minutes without any acknowledgment, I decided to leave. The coffee I eventually received was not made the way I had requested and spilled out of the side of the cup. I threw it away and went to a different coffee shop across the street. I have been loyal to Dunkin Donuts since the 90s, but after my recent experiences at Biggby, I have decided to switch over. While the coffee may not be the same quality, at least I am not wasting my time and money on poor service.

Update: 20 minutes later and I have a terrible aftertaste in my mouth. My jaw on the left side also hurts from chewing too hard. I regret taking that second bite.

My husband chose blueberry and frosted with sprinkles donuts instead. They were hard and dried out. Not fresh at all! We will not be going to this Dunkin' again.Update: we have gone again. Once, I asked for time to think about my order, and the guy working made fun of me, so I left.Another time they had no iced coffee...
