The staff should have clarified that they do not offer a standard cappuccino and provided an alternative. The owner or manager should emphasize the importance of common sense in customer service, particularly ensuring that customers receive what they actually ordered.

No whipped topping or drizzle on chill-a (also didn’t taste right just tasted like cream whipped up) 4. Price rung in wrong 5. Employee dropped a lot on the floor and wasn’t overly friendly or apologetic. 6. Everyone’s first day? sad ?
