It was an overly sweet, dessert-like French Vanilla drink that I had explicitly said I did not want. The staff should have clarified that they do not offer a standard cappuccino and provided an alternative. The owner or manager should emphasize the importance of common sense in customer service, particularly ensuring that customers receive what they actually ordered.

I went this past Saturday and the donuts were like eating heaven
